WHFH Volunteer Opportunities:

Construction:  Opportunities are available on Saturdays. Complete the on-line registration or contact the Volunteer Department at 334-79BUILD or email us at [ email ] for further information.  

You don't need previous experience or your own tools to volunteer on one of our construction sites.  We will provide you with all the tools, materials, and safety equipment you will need to complete any task.  We hold construction orientations prior to each house raising, and other on-site training as necessary.

Renovation Station Warehouse and Store:  Opportunities are available Monday through Saturday at the WHFH Renovation Station. Tasks include re-stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, cleaning, pricing, loading and unloading items, and assisting customers with locating merchandise.

WHFH Office:  Opportunities are available Monday through Friday in the administrative offices for our organization.  Volunteer tasks include folding newsletters, stuffing envelopes, data entry, general computer maintenance, and answering phones.  Even these simple tasks allow our volunteers to take an active role in supporting the efforts of the affiliate.
