The Bayshore Avenue Project was completed in May of 1998. The 700 block of Bayshore Avenue had long been an eyesore with 10 "shotgun" style dilapidated houses. The City of Dothan decided to change that by demolishing the houses and donating the property to Wiregrass HFH. 4 homes were built and an entire neighborhood changed.
