Critical Home Repair Program
The Home Repair Program provides safe, sanitary, and suitable dwelling that encourages continued ownership. Qualifying projects may include roofing, HVAC, plumbing or electrical repairs. Also, replace faulty water heaters and repair unsound flooring in the interior of the home and structurally unsound porches.

Weatherization Program
The Weatherization Program's purpose is to assist qualified homeowners in the practice of protecting their home and its interior from the elements, particularly from sunlight, precipitation, and wind to reduce energy consumption and optimize energy efficiency. Prpjects include weather stripping, caulking windows and doors, cellulose insulation, installing door sweeps, installing switch plate gaskets, spray foam around doors and sealing many other air infiltrations.

Paint Program
The Paint Program is a neighborhood revitalization initiative to beautify run-down areas of the community. Qualifying projects may include exterior painting, pressure washing, light repairs and yard work.
